Q. Do we have to write our own script?
A. No. Just tell us what you are trying to get across and we will produce a full script for you. Our team usually take inspiration from your website to create a suggested draft to help get things going. All you need to do is check and approve it before we record. Of course, you're welcome to write your own script if you wish to do so.

Q. Can we change our production?
A. Yes. Depending on the option you choose, your production can be changed as often as you like-twice a year, four times, even monthly if you want. Once we have an approved script from you we can create a new production within days if you require.

Q. What equipment do we need?
A. We provide absolutely everything, including the most modern digital technology available anywhere. If you don't have your own telephone system, no problem! Rija comms can provide one for you. Or we can set you up with the latest Autoload Digital On Hold Playback Unit, which doesn't need a switchboard.
